Consent to Use My Name, Story, Pictorial Image, or Video to Promote Yard Mastery

1. License. The Photographer hereby grants to the Client an exclusive license to use the following work (hereinafter referred to as the "name, story, pictorial image or video")

I grant Yard Mastery permission to reasonably use my name, story, pictorial image, or video to communicate information about my personal experience using its products sold under the name Yard Mastery.

If either Party brings legal action to enforce its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover from the other Party its expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) incurred in connection with the action and any appeal.

I understand that the law generally prohibits the use of my name, story, pictorial image, or video for commercial purposes without my consent. Therefore, I consent to the testimonial use of my name, story, pictorial image and videos in materials promoting Yard Mastery in any print or digital media, including the Yard Mastery website https://yardmastery.com, advertisements and social media.

I consent to testimonial use without financial payment.

I have been promised nothing for my testimonial.

If I change my mind about Yard Mastery testimonials, then I will contact them to withdraw my consent at info@yardmastery.com.

I understand that Yard Mastery will not destroy material already in print, but new materials will respect my privacy rights and immediately remove my name, story, pictorial image, or video from the Yard Mastery website and social media.
