How do I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchases, celebrating your birthday, following us on social media, writing reviews, and more.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases during checkout. Click the pill icon in the lower left hand corner of the website to check your loyalty points balance and redeem points for discount codes. 

What are the VIP tiers, and how do I advance?

VIP tiers are based on total points earned. You'll enter the first tier at 3,000 points and progress as you accumulate more.

Do my points expire?

Points awarded will expire after 365 days of inactivity from the date they are earned. You will receive email notifications both when you earn points and as they approach their expiration date.

How do I check my points balance?

Use the pill icon in the lower left corner of the website to login and check your balance and available reward codes.
