Shipping policy

Shipping rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order on orders under $100. It's one charge per order, not per item.
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • VIP Loyalty Free Shipping: members of our The Lawn Care Nut and The Dominator loyalty tiers get Loyalty Free Shipping on every order when they're logged in to their account at checkout.
  • California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington: fertilizer bags ship at a flat $9.95. All other products follow the standard rates above, including free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Oversized and partner-shipped items: some oversized or partner-shipped items have their own rates, shown at checkout.
  • Your exact shipping options and cost are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

  • We ship within the Contiguous U.S. (cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii)
  • No P.O. Boxes.
  • Some products are restricted in certain states. Each product's Shipping Information section lists its state restrictions, and we can't ship restricted items to those states.

Processing and delivery times

  • Orders typically ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Transit time is 2–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Please note that holidays may slow the shipping and transit times.

Order changes

All sales are final. Because of the weight and shipping cost of our products, we can’t cancel, refund, modify, return, or exchange orders. Please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order.

Damaged, incomplete, or missing items

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, email shop@yardmastery.com with proof of your original purchase and pictures of any received products and packaging.
