Black Beauty® Delmarva Grass Seed: This 100% tall fescue blend is specially formulated for the hot and humid climates of the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, including Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

Description:
Delmarva is a cool-season grass seed blend that grows exceptionally well in hot environments. With roots that can grow up to 4 feet deep and a waxy leaf coating (like the skin on an apple), Black Beauty Delmarva preserves moisture and limits evaporation. It also withstands heavy traffic and naturally resists insects and diseases. This seed will grow a naturally dark green lawn with high-quality tall fescue that outperforms Kentucky-31 Tall Fescue.

How much seed to use?

• 3 lb Bag: Covers up to 1,500 sq ft for overseeding and up to 750 sq ft for new lawns
• 7 lb Bag: Covers up to 2,150 sq ft for overseeding and up to 1,075 sq ft for new lawns
