Moisture Max combines humectants, a penetrating surfactant, and sea kelp to help manage moisture in the soil profile. Humectants help hold water in the soil, while the penetrating surfactant helps break the surface tension of hydrophobic soil so water can reach the turf root zone more effectively. Sea kelp helps encourage thicker, deeper roots so your lawn can use more water before it evaporates.

Moisture Max Granular is useful for lawns that dry out quickly, develop recurring hot spots, or struggle to absorb irrigation evenly. It is an easy DIY solution for treating an entire lawn or targeting stubborn dry spots. It spreads through a common broadcast spreader, does not have an unpleasant odor, and can be applied to all major cool-season and warm-season grass types.
