Put your warm-season lawn to bed the right way with the Yard Mastery Warm-Season Winterizer Pack. This late-fall lawn pack combines 7-0-20 Stress Blend granular fertilizer with Humic12 liquid humic acid and Air-8 liquid aeration. Together, they feed the soil and reduce stress on Bermuda, St. Augustine, zoysia, centipede, and bahia lawns heading into dormancy.
For warm-season grass, “winterizer” means something different than most people think. It’s the last application of the year, but the goal isn’t to push growth. It’s to feed the soil and help the turf handle stress as it goes dormant. Southern lawns usually don’t get snow cover, so they face foot traffic, wind, weeds, and disease all winter long. Buying the products together as a pack saves 25% versus buying them separately.
When to apply: Use the Warm-Season Winterizer Pack if you’re still mowing your lawn at least every 10–12 days. If your lawn has already gone dormant and you’ve stopped mowing, it’s too late to use the fertilizer in this pack this season. You can still apply bio-stimulants, plus a pre-emergent to stop weeds.

• One quart of Humic12
• One quart of Air-8

What Does the Warm-Season Winterizer Pack Do for Your Lawn?
The Warm-Season Winterizer Pack helps prepare warm-season turf for winter dormancy by feeding the soil and supporting the root zone. Stress Blend is a high-potassium, low-nitrogen fertilizer designed to help turf manage stress. Humic12 supports soil structure, nutrient uptake, and water retention, while Air-8 helps improve water penetration and encourage deeper rooting.
When Should You Apply the Warm-Season Winterizer Pack?
Apply the pack while your lawn is still actively growing and you are mowing approximately every 10–12 days. Apply Stress Blend at 3 pounds per 1,000 square feet, then apply Humic12 and Air-8 at 6 ounces per 1,000 square feet each. The bio-stimulants can be applied on the same day as the fertilizer or one to two weeks later. If your lawn is no longer growing and has gone dormant, it is generally too late to use the pack that season.
How Much Area Does the Warm-Season Winterizer Pack Cover?
The 18-pound bag of Stress Blend covers approximately 6,000 square feet at the recommended application rate. Each quart of Humic12 and Air-8 covers approximately 5,325 square feet, although each can be stretched to cover up to 6,000 square feet. Water the products into the soil within 24 hours with approximately ¼ inch of rainfall or irrigation, and do not apply when the soil is saturated.
