Moisture Max is our advanced moisture-management solution designed to help lawns retain water longer, break through hydrophobic soils, and develop thicker, deeper roots. It combines proven humectants that retain moisture in the soil with a penetrating surfactant that reduces surface tension and moves water into the root zone. The addition of 4% sea kelp further encourages stronger root development so turf can better utilize available water before it evaporates.

Note: It must be watered in with ¼” of water to work - you just don’t have to get it watered in right away like other products that become ineffective if not watered in immediately.

Application Information

• General Lawn Application: Apply 6 oz per 1,000 sq ft every 60 days (approximately every 2 months) during the growing season for consistent moisture management.
• Localized Dry Spots / Hot Spots:Concentrate spray into problem areas monthly for faster results.
• Mix the recommended amount with water and apply evenly.
• Moisture Max must be watered in with approximately ¼ inch of irrigation or rainfall to activate. It can sit on the grass for a day or two without losing effectiveness thanks to the penetrating surfactant that pulls the product into the soil once water is applied.
• Do not apply to saturated soil.
